"It is on the second floor. There are atairs but of course if you want to be in the old town with a lovely view of the streets this is generally the case. Great shower great airconditioning. Two things I always think is important. The bedrooms are separate from the bathroom but it's not really a problem. Great location. You are in the middle of the beautiful old town. Antonio and Stella were attentive and easy to contact. We enjoyed our short stay. Thank you."

"Can't say enough great things about our stay here at La Fortezza. The house and surrounding property was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, clean and made for many memorable evenings on the patio after our day trips throughout Puglia. Francesca and Claudia are the best. You will fall in love with them as soon as you meet. Would highly recommend having Chantal make dinner for your group. It was delicious and so much fun. "I had a great stay at this hotel in Bari, located conveniently near the Old City, making it easy to explore the historic area. The room was spacious, especially by Italian standards, and provided a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. There is also a parking facility nearby, which was very convenient.
