"This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. "The apartment was clean and functional and the location is handy for Clifton. The pre-registration process seemed to include unnecessary information but was relatively straightforward. "I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"We had the most pleasurable time staying at the Cottage, the host was so welcoming, Vivienne the cake was amazing! The surrounding are beautiful and rural, but only a short distance from Bath. The Cottage was excellent it had everything one would need for a stay away from home. "

"Well managed by Vas although it's clear he has his hands full leading some of his newer team members. We are staying for 11 days due to family illness and Vas in particular has been so very helpful. Great to have the service area on the doorstep; has made it easy to source provisions when needed, and there is a washing machine / tumble dryer bank in the service area which is very handy. "
