The room was basic, but clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, and the dining room was very nice, as was the service. We only stayed for a night, but would definitely stay again in the future

They phoned to ask if I would mind staying at the Beechfield because some work was being done. They where brilliant at the Beechfield, very friendly and they let me park for free because I had moved. Very good breakfast. Can't fault my stay thanks to you all.

Fantastic value hotel. Super clean and a fabulous breakfast. Let them know at check-in if you want the veggie or vegan version so they can have appropriate sausages ready for you.

Probably the best B and B on the street but there isnt a lot of competition. Blackpool is seriously run down sadly. Check in was fast and easy. Place is clean but very basic but thats reflected in the price. Close to the tower with parking offsite the next street away. Was quiet at night but the room was cold. Breakfast was efficient but basic. Quintessential Blackpool B&B basically. Cod have been worse.

Check went very smoothly. Place is lovely and clean and all the staff are really friendly. The shower was really nice and the room was lovely and clean the hotel itself. I would say it in a good location is Decorator throughout and all the staff are really friendly.
