"The curtains and blinds in the room made itvery dark which was fabulous for sleeping. Only 1 light worked in the bathroom which was tricky. There was only 1 saucepan and the lid didnt fit so cooking was difficult. The location was perfect for where we needed to get to. Front desk staff were very polite and very helpful. "

It was an innocent mistake where Jacky at the front desk offered me the same room at Charlotte where nothing was required on my part except turn up there. I turned up to Charlotte where Hailey and Arman made what could have made me agitated into a very comfortable transition to my room.
