This is a 4-bedroom holiday home for 10 people located in Blanquefort-sur-Briolance, France. It has a large private swimming pool, table tennis table, and a jungle gym for children.

The hills and woods around the home are perfect to explore on long walks and cycle trips. The area is well known for its walnuts, truffles, and fois gras. Château de Bonaguil is 14 km away and the beautiful bastide town of Monpazier, where you will find a lovely arcade square, is 13 km from here. In Belvès 23 km away, you will find historic underground caves. There is a great water park for the kids at Le Bugue, 41 km away. You can go horse riding 2 km from the home. Restaurants are 4 km away while there's a supermarket 15 km from here.

Fantastisch, wir genießen den ganzen Tag die Unterkunft und die Umgebung. Wir hatten die beste Zeit unseres Lebens, der Besitzer hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns Erklärungen gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!!!!!

Przestronny i czysty, idealny dla rodzin, Dzieci uwielbiały plac zabaw, a my cieszyliśmy się długimi spacerami po wzgórzach, Doceniłem politykę przyjazną zwierzętom, zabranie naszego psa sprawiło, że poczuliśmy się jak w domu, Tylko szkoda, że było mniej restauracji w pobliżu, ale te, które znaleźliśmy, były wystarczająco dobre, Ogólnie, urocze miejsce na relaks

Het huis is onderhevig aan achterstallig onderhoud. Belvilla zou ik adviseren na 5 jaar weer eens langs te gaan. Het cijfer 9 dat in 2018 is uitgedeeld (sticker hangt bij de entree) is niet meer van toepassing. Eigenaar is super aardig. Omgeving is geweldig, zwembad is fijn. Wij, 2 volwassenen en 1 hond hebben genoten van het verblijf. Rust, ruimte en natuur. De zogenaamde wandeling van 3 km uit huis is af te raden. Het is totaal overwoekerd.

Les points positifs Cadre verdoyant et très calme. Belle vue dégagée et maison isolée. Très agréable notamment le soir avec le coucher de soleil La flexibilité sur l’arrivée et le départ. Gentillesse du proprio Points d’amélioration Entretien générale de la maison : ménage approximatif, draps troués, manque ampoules ou ampoules grillées, équipement de la cuisine (pas de couteau à pain, de manique pour le four…), liner piscine bien abîmé par le temps, porte fenêtre du salon qui ne ferme pas ( moyen pour la sécurité quand on quitte la maison) manque 1 étage au frigo… Sécurité pour les enfants : bouteille de gaz apparente, piscine avec une clôture qui ne tient que par une cordelette (que ma fille de 3ans ouvre), local à piscine qui ne ferme pas (avec tous les produits ménagers dedans ainsi que la pompe de la piscine). Il n’y a pas 4 chambres séparées. Il y a 3 chambres avec une mezzanine dans l’une d’entre elle qui donne sur un dortoir (pas fermé donc bruyant). Bref autant de détails qui en font un rapport qualité prix vraiment moyen. Si vous souhaitez une maison ou faire la fête entre 10 amis sans être trop regardant sur l’entretien, vous pouvez y aller. En famille, avec des enfants, pas vraiment adapté et très cher.

Nachdem wir Belvilla mehrmals kontaktiert und eine Beschwerde-E-Mail über die überfällige Instandhaltung des Hauses und den dafür gezahlten Betrag gesendet haben, haben wir immer noch keine Antwort erhalten. Die Häuser sind für das, was man bekommt, sehr teuer.

Moeilijk te beoordelen. Huis schoon aangetroffen maar kan wel een update gebruiken. Troffen letterlijk voor de deur een tijdelijke houtkap aan wat zorgde voor onophoudelijk lawaai. Na overleg met eigenaar mochten we kiezen voor één van zn andere vakantiehuizen, perfecte oplossing!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment ! On a pu profiter de notre séjour comme on le voulait et s'accorder tous un moment de break, loin de la ville. C'est un logement qui est super pour un groupe d'une dizaine de personne. D'autant plus qu'il y a pas mal d'activités proposé (une salle de sport, des vélos, une table de ping pong, un espace pour jouer au badminton). Les propriétaires étaient aux petits soins et à l'écoute. On espère pouvoir y revenir dès que possible.

De coördinaten zijn bijna spot on. De eigenaar stond ons al op te wachten om gezamenlijk naar het huis te rijden. Daar stond een flesje wijn klaar en de eigenaar gaf aan dat alles ontsmet was (dit is in de Corona tijd) waardoor hij niet mee naar binnen ging maar wij alles alvast konden inspecteren. Alles was goed! Prima WiFi, keuken met alles aanwezig, prima bedden, zwembad perfect, prachtig uitzicht over het bos en er stonden 4 fietsen om te gebruiken. We hadden afgesproken dat de eigenaar de borg de avond voor vertrek cash terug zou geven maar op de overeen gekomen tijd was hij er niet. Dit moest, nadat we weer aangekomen waren thuis, geregeld worden via topic travel. Dit duurde 2 weken. Dat was het enige minpunt maar overkomelijk.

Jean Claude habite près du logement, environs 7km, nous avons donc pu arriver sur les lieux tranquillement grâce à sa disponibilité. L’hébergement est spacieux et propre. Idem pour la piscine et le jardin qui nous offrent une magnifique vue sur d’immenses arbres et plaines. Le soir, il y a toujours eu de magnifiques couchés de soleil. Jean Claude a aussi mis à notre disposition une grosse enceinte, et nous a donner son accord pour en profiter comme il se doit. Il n’y a eu aucune plainte, les quelques maisons qui s’y trouvent sont éloignées des unes des autres. Outre le lieu lui-même et ses entourages, Jean Claude nous a permis de passer un magnifique séjour entre amis. Il s’est montré arrangeant avec nous, compréhensible avec les quelques dégradations que nous avons pu causer et nous a offert de délicieuses tomates de son potager. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in de villa. De zoon van de huiseigenaar kent Engels wat voor ons erg prettig was. We waren wat te vroeg, maar dit was geen probleem. Tijdens ons verblijf kwam de eigenaar het zwembad nog controleren. Wij ontvingen daarbij heerlijke tomaten. We verbleven met twee gezinnen in de villa. Leuke slaapzolder voor de kinderen. Op de warme dagen was het op de slaapzolder wel erg warm. In de nabije omgeving is weinig te doen. Voor ons was dit voor deze ene week geen probleem. Niemand in de omgeving die de rust kon verstoren. Doordat het pad naar de villa erg steil was, hebben we niet vanuit de woning kunnen fietsen of wandelen wat op zich wel jammer is. Even ´s ochtends naar de bakker `om de hoek` is hier niet bij. Het zwembad vonden wij erg fijn. We hebben heel erg genoten.

Aankomst was na 2uur wachten op de eigenaar best wel aardig. Beetje Italiaanse begroeting. Later bleek ook dat de eigenaar dus niet te bereiken was voor vragen. Bij vertrek ook niet en op gegeven moment moet je gaan rijden. Dus nu 2maanden wachten we nu op de borg om de terug te krijgen. Het huis op zich is prima, je moet wel van rust houden. En de omgeving is prachtig.

Maison parfaitement aménagée, dans une région riche tant culturellement, qu’historiquement et gastronomiquement. Nous sommes partis en famille à 10, avec des enfants en bas âge, et chacun y a trouvé son compte, et son rythme. La maison ne possède pas de voisins directs ce qui assure calme et tranquillité. L espace piscine est un vrai plus, offrant une superbe vue sur la nature. Et merci au propriétaire, disponible, accueillant et sympathique. Nous recommandons et reviendrons très certainement.

Prettig ontvangen. Gelukkig sprak de zoon en beetje Engels. Huis netjes een schoon en zwembad lag er mooi bij. Fietsen beschikbaar, maar behoorlijke heuvelachtige omgeving. In de directe omgeving is weinig te beleven. Voor een leuk stadje moet je een flink stuk rijden. Voor een relax vakantie helemaal top.

Het vakantiehuis is zeer rustig en afgelegen op het einde van een doodlopend wegje. Je hebt een mooi zicht vanuit het huis en het zwembad op de omgeving. Bij aankomst was een fles rose wijn voorzien. De eigenaar was vriendelijk maar reageerde niet op telefonisch gestelde vragen. Het is aan te raden na zonsondergang binnen geen licht te laten branden om de insecten buiten te houden, zelfs met gesloten ramen. Het zwembad is proper maar heeft wel wat renovatie nodig met betrekking tot de tegels.

Ik moet zeggen dat ik redelijk teleurgesteld was na de positieve commentaren die ik gelezen had van voorgaande bezoekers. De ligging is fantastisch maar het huisje liet serieus te wensen over. Er was geen enkele kookpot te vinden in de kasten. Rond het zwembad beginnen de tegels te verzakken en dit is levensgevaarlijk. Er was geen enkel parasolvoet die nog dienst kon doen want ze waren allemaal kapot. Door het feit dat je in een redelijk open vlakte zat kon je daardoor ook geen schaduw creëren. Er waren geen vliegenramen voorzien en het was overdag meer dan 30 graden maar s 'nachts kon je geen ramen openzetten voor afkoeling of er kwamen beesten binnen. Er liepen ook constant 2 kippen en een haan van andere bewoners op het domein. Onze kinderen sliepen op de zolder maar de laatste dagen kon je daar met de warmte niet meer slapen. Dit huisje heeft dringend een opknapbeurt nodig.

Endroit paradisiaque, loin du regard des gens, tranquillité intimité et calme sont vraiment des mots clés. Même le propriétaire ne vient que si on l'appelle vraiment super. A refaire dans hésiter et pour une plus longue période cette fois ci. Juste dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée.
