"Lovely cottage with fields, birds and a donkey. The location is far enough out of town to give you country experience but close enough for convenience to shopping and major routes. The cottage was clean with all the amenities. "

Finally got access. Will probably mean that I won’t stay in accommodation that doesn’t have a front desk in future. Otherwise a comfortable stay near centre of town. Clean, quiet with plenty of room. Missing coffee pods in supplies left for guests. Thank you."

"Reached out days before arrival to get check in information and Had lockbox for key. Bread, pancakes, mini muffins with butter provided. Used notebook left for instructions on check out. Only one bathroom for 9 people in 5 bedrooms. Located 30 minutes driving time to Belfast. Parking on street or at church. Very cute cafe shop located across the streets with delicious fresh homemade donuts. Room were clean."

"On our last night, after playing golf at Royal County Down, we had no hot water. We informed the owner and asked if he had determined the cause of the problem? After two efforts, we heard nothing. Before you book, you need to be satisfied this will not happen to you, either being aware of something you might do or a significant problem with the property which was great."

"The townhouse was perfect. Beautifully equipped. “Pass the keys” is an awful management company. It took 3 days for them to respond to questions , I will not rent another property managed by “pass the keys”."

"We had a fabulous stay at Ashside Cottage. We were welcomed by Richard and Caroline who gave us a tour of the house and filled us in on places of interest in and around the area. The cottage was beautiful with parts dating from 16th century. It had everything we needed, including home baked bread. It was very cosy and comfortable and we enjoyed returning home each evening to relax and discuss the days adventures. The garden was amazing, it was lovely to walk up to the top and be greeted by...

The only thing that irked us a little was that it was advertised online that there was a game console but when we arrived the controllers were missing. "We had a wonderful stay at The Belmont House Hotel recently. We received a very warm welcome from the lovely receptionist which makes all the difference when you have travelled a distance in such bad weather. Our room was magnificent, above average in size and tastefully decorated. We overlooked the gardens to the front and side and yet it was very quiet. It was spotlessly clean. The en-suite was both modern & spacious. Despite the size, the room was very cosy & warm, we felt very comfortable in the large bed and slept well. We thoroughly enjoyed our Breakfast, again the staff were very friendly & helpful. The food was delicious & prepared with care. We can not recommend this Hotel highly enough! What a gem, nestled in the wonderful town of Banbridge! Great Shops & very friendly community. Put it on your list for a visit you won’t regret it!
