The experience was not good, the hotel canceled our reservation arbitrarily, but we never knew because we were on the route, so when we arrived, the lady at the reception did not want to open the door, finally thanks to the help of a guest, the lady agreed to speak to us. "I booked a family unit with one double bed and two singles only go get there to one bed. The lady we called said we will have to pay extra for every person who will be sleeping in their unit. We had to fight for one more person and ended up looking for another guest house for the other two people yet we paid for the family unit."
