"Lovely hotel. Centrally placed around 20 mins walk from the main train station. The hotel was well decorated and in very good condition. The room allocated was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. Complementary water was provided. The kitchen area was well equipped. I had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good with a very good selection of hot and cold options. All the staff I encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you."

"Apartment was close to tram links so easy to get to the city centre ,we found the A/C wouldn't cool the room fully .It was of good quality and well equipped ,and suitable for our needs "

"Inside the building was quiet, no loud parties etc. However, my apartment was facing a street with a very busy and loud traffic of garbage trucks, cement trucks etc. during weekdays and it was rather tiring. Another inconveniene was that the aparment was facing south and was very hot during a day. If I knew all that I would choose an apartment away from the noisy street and facing north or east. "

"Very nice and immaculately clean. Bed was so comfy i did not wanna get up 😊😊 sofa bed however wasn't too comfy for my 2 teenagers. You can see the Palace of Culture and Science from the balcony. Lovely touch is having a night guard in a building downstairs. Lovely restaurants nearby. Great late night supermarkets round a corner. Honestly i will definitely happily come back to this apartment. Thank you very much. 10 out of 5 ❤️"

"The property was comfortable with lots of room. However, the property doesn’t have air conditioning. In the August heat we had to keep windows open so every car or person walking by would wake us up. Plus for 2 weeks worth of time booked we were only given ONE roll of toilet paper. The property has a washing machine but no way to dry the clothes afterwards. "

"Yes, this is old hotel and need some refurbishment of their rooms. However, the staff, food, location is exceptional - there is no doubt about the 5* rating and price to the quality. The views from the restaurant on 2nd floor during breakfast, or if You choose Panorama Sky Bar on 40th floor are incredible. On top of that there is brand new SPA/GYM facilities ran by third party company called OMNI, however included in the room price - it is simply amazing!"

"This was a very convenient 2 night stay with the need for an early check out to get to the Airport, having a shuttle bus was a bonus. Slightly disappointed that there was no room tidy up / replenishment of facilities between thr two days. e.g. tea/coffee facilities were not restocked meaning if you had tea/coffee before bedtime and for first thing in morning then there was little or no choice for the next night. I also expected towels to be tidied up even though they were not to be replaced after showering etc. with the beds also re-made."
