The room was very nice and comfortable but the bathroom was less than desirable The shower head needs to be replaced, the water barely came out and bathroom walls were a bit dirty. The pool was supposed to be heated but was so cold, it was not usable.

Motel has pool and exercise room. Bed very comfortable. WiFi is good. TV has many options. Says you can get broadcast ABC. But there is a disconnect between the "Guide" and what you actually get. Could not get ABC, NBC, or CBS national news. Check-in and check-out were very efficient.

Property is old and run down. Dispensers in the shower were dirty. Room was worn down. Parking lot questionable and was worried my car would be broken into.

Staff was nice and accommodating. General Manager unprofessional and unavailable to address customer complaints. Continental Breakfast 👎. No fresh fruit, no teas, no oatmeal/grits. The breakfast was terrible… the cream cheese (sealed individual package) had a layer of mold… the other was cracked and dried out…. If a sealed package is so old or not properly handled that allowed mold to grow…. I question any food products at this property… The bath tub was filthy… looked like the tub has not been cleaned for quite some time… makes me question the overall cleanliness of this property…how clean are the linens, towels and flooring and fixtures… They had only one staff member working the lobby and bar areas on a Friday… the staff member did a great job… I feel a hotel should excel in customer service and impart of customer service should encompass the cleanliness of the facility, adequate staff and proper food service that does not jeopardize their customer health.,,

Really dirty rooms. Said newly remodeled. They put in new beds and painted over the rust/mold. Bathroom door was falling off of the hinges, hooks dangling from the wall, nasty carpet, etc. Rooms smelled strongly like pinesol. Tons of trash in the parking lot. People partying in the parking lot late.
