I really looked forward to this stay with my teenage son. He slept on the foldaway sofa. However in the morning he has some horrible bites. Staff agrees they were fresh and checked for bedbugs. They looked more like fleas but staff did not seem bothered. I was pretty shocked by the lack compassion or interest in addressing. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled to let others know.

Grant Street Inn was a very nice property. Several buildings all part of Grant Street, so our group was across the street from each other. But very close and didn’t matter. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is wonderful. It’s a nice walk to the IU campus. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is the best place to stay on campus! It is close to everything, is adorable and clean, and the breakfast is delicious!

The mattress in the pullout couch was disgusting. My children did not want to sleep on it. Pillows were not great either. We only had 3 towels for 4 guests.😞

We enjoyed our stay, easy check-in, staff was helpful, room was not as detailed as I was expecting as far as cleanliness, but to the inn's credit it wasn't something that would make us second guess another stay, I'd say the cleaning person had a bad day. We would return again.
