"Just the most dingy place to stay at such an outrageous price! Maybe if it was cheaper it wouldn’t be so bad but at the price it’s ridiculous! The showers would only work when the hot tap was also running, one shower door was loose and fell off, not to mention the the mold and peeling paint. "We really enjoyed this cottage. It was exactly as listed. So cozy and felt like home. Our host was lively and we loved the town. We enjoyed several meals at Giltrap Pub. Mattresses are still the kind with springs which was not a great fit for our backs but the rooms and duvet covers were just great!! Nice shower and bathroom. Overall, I’d recommend this cottage to all. We were able to make several day trips East and South. Great location if your renting a car. Thanks a million."

"Great, central location in Ireland. Could drive to Galway, Clanmacnoise, Rock of Cashel, Burren, Dublin area easily and be back. All within two hours, some even 20 minutes. Parking great and walked to pubs, music, groceries, etc. 8 family including kids. Kids loved the loft area and family loved main dining/living area. "They were four adults and three children here from the United States to visit Irish cousins. Corrigan’s Corner House was a perfect place for us to do lots of adventures on the Shannon River and easily drive to visit cousins. We did a lot of cooking and loved that the supermarket was right across the street, and there were pubs with Irish music in walking distance. We’d stay here again."

"The hotel was fine. Staff were not the friendliest but they were polite and professional. There was so much bleach used on the sheets that I could smell bleach all night in bed and woke up with a sore throat. Big parking lot with plenty of free parking which was great - but it would have helped if they had more directional signage in the parking lot pointing to the main entrance. "
