There are incredible views, a crackling gas fireplace, a game room with pool and foosball tables, a wet bar, and plenty of space. This home features a classic log cabin aesthetic and an updated and spacious interior boasting cathedral ceilings, custom furnishings, stainless steel appliances, and much more. Spend warm summer evenings catching up with old friends on the upper or lower decks while taking in the sweeping wilderness views surrounding this home. Chilly fall and winter evenings are best spent curled up in front of either the two indoor gas fireplaces or the outdoor wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy a movie marathon over the living area's TV, or head down to the basement to mix up some wet bar cocktails for a few rounds of foosball or pool.

You'll love using the full kitchen to whip up hearty breakfasts and Southern classics for dinner - you'll have all the stainless steel appliances, gadgets, and counter space you'll need to turn that bag of fresh produce into a culinary masterpiece. The gas grill is the perfect way to handle today's fresh catch, and the outdoor decks make for an ideal al-fresco dining experience. Wind down the evening with a bit of stargazing, then take a long soak in the jetted tub. Circulate the air on a hot summer night by turning on the overhead fans in either of the bedrooms, then flip on one of the bedside reading lamps to curl up with a good book. You'll even find deck access from both rooms to end your day enjoying nature sounds under the twinkling of stars.

It's also just 97 miles north of Atlanta, making it a great weekend escape from the city. Overall the cabin was fine. The toilet on the bottom level does not work at all and needs to be repaired or replaced. The plumbing in that shower is reversed… works just fine but a note indicating that it is reversed would be helpful. I would recommend having a vehicle with AWD or 4WD as the gravel road up the mountain is pretty rough. And ladies.. bring your makeup mirror!

Mountain stay
We loved our mountain cabin stay immensely. The place was beautiful with close proximity to everything. So much to do in the area. Such an amazing time. Only cons…cabin front porch screens are in bad shape with the door missing. Without the patio door and rough shape screens we couldn’t really enjoy that nice space. There were humongous bees, never seen bees this big before. Prior reviews mentioned bees too, something owners should look into. The body was larger than a half-dollar coin and dragon flies were enormous. Property owner should really think about bug control and fixing the screen patio. We saw 3 bears walk through front yard as we pulled up on day 1. The screen patio being properly screened and the door attached would have provided some peace of mind to sit out there. We noticed from upstairs the gutters on property are plugged with weeds growing out of them, possibly causing bug infestation. Also, the property was really clean but Cobb webs and large dust bunnies all over. Possibly property not rented recently but would suggest property owner to pay attention to this prior to renter arriving. Overall the property location, cleanliness, comfort level and amenities were great! We will definitely be coming back. See you again soon Blue Ridge!

Cabin was immaculate and the view was AMAZING!
Cabin was perfect for a 22nd anniversary for just the two of us but would also be perfect for I'd say up to six would be pushing it (Family of 4 No problem)...The view from the cabin I could see the entire Blue Ridge Mountain Range...The first 100 yards of the road up was a bit sketchy but after that it opened up and was a piece of cake...Deer we're everywhere...! The fireplaces worked well, the billards table was nice and it was peaceful. Roughly 10-12 minutes to get down the mountain road and then about 10 more minutes and you're in downtown blue ridge...What can I say...??? I have nothing negative to say about this cabin. If I was gng to say anything they need to add dresser drawers so you don't have to live out of your suitcase....Other than that move the grill on the deck and it's all good.

Great Family Getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures and description of the Cabin are very accurate. I traveled with my wife, two young children, and our dog. So we had more than enough space and spent most of our cold nights downstairs playing pool, watching tv, and warming up by the gas fireplace. The views during the daytime are surreal and the deck is very spacious. Definitely recommend for Families. A few things to note, and these are not necessarily bad things but just things to be aware of if you do not travel to cabins in the mountains often. We go once a year so we are pretty used to it. - The cabin is off of a non paved road and most of the road only has enough space for one vehicle to pass at a time. If two vehicles are traveling in opposite directions, one will have to pull off to allow the other to pass. Speed limit is 15mph so you wont have to worry about anybody coming flying toward you. -The trip from the main road up to cabin takes roughly about 15 mins. So add that to any trips up and down the mountain. - I usually travel in my pickup truck but it was in the shop so we had to take my wife's 2 wheel front drive volks wagon atlas. Not ideal. Had we gotten bad weather we could have potentially had trouble getting up and down the mountain. Luckily for us, we did not have any bad weather. I'd definitely recommend 4 wheel drive or at least stopping at Walmart to pick up some tire chains just in case you need them. You can always return them if you don't.

Not bad, not great
Driveway needs better description, it’s on and off pavement and gravel/dirt. It didn’t feel homie, felt like it was furnished a step above the bare minimum. There was not a lot of character. Its on a shared well, so there are signs saying conserve water and it made you feel rushed and worried about the other house not having water. There was a lack of amenities. Small beds. But my wife’s disappointment with the lack of features in the home is why it gets 3 stars. But, the view is a 5 star view! It’s worth 5 stars alone.

We loved the layout and the great views. The cabin was very clean. It is a bumpy and at times very steep 10 minute drive up to the cabin, but we thought it was well worth it. It is about a 25 minute drive into the downtown area which was nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin
The cabin was beautiful, but it is off of a 2 mile dirt road. We have a 4 wheel drive SUV, and had no issues, but people with smaller cars could struggle, especially if it was bad weather. This should be explicitly stated in the listing.

Your rubok does not work . You don’t have the right connections. 4 rolls of toilet tissue for 4 people does not work. 4 garbage bags for 7 days does not work. We left early. We found dead spiders and dust balls on the inside. I know you want issue a refund. But I will not encourage anyone to go there. You are not helpful

Unfortunately this cabin didn’t come up to my expectations. We have been coming to Blue Ridge GA. for years. The cabin was certainly showing it’s eighteen years. (2005) The roads to reach the cabin was not easy to travel (very narrow). Screen-in porch had one door missing so you couldn’t to keep out birds & insects. Outdoor furniture not even wipe down on any of porches. To nasty to set on. We only had Roku Channel to watch. Nothing else. Two inside fireplace didn’t even work. Some lights didn’t function. Door to back deck would not open. Outdoor grilling area was definitely unappealing not kept up at all. Definitely will not booked this cabin again. The only encouraging thing about the location was the view. Which was spectacular.

View was accurate but the pictures in the listing failed to show the current condition of the house. Rotten wood all around. Screen doors torn and barely holding together. No decor. Outdated TVs with no cable or satellite. Floors and walls badly scratched up. Fireplace fan so loud you couldn’t talk over it. Will not rent this one again.

Amazing cabin and location!
I really enjoyed my stay at this nice cabin. The cabin was clean and exactly what I was looking for during my vacation. It was semi spacious, it provided a good cabin feel, and we had enough there to keep us entertained if we wanted to stay inside. The cabin's location was perfect for mountain views right off the deckside and it was so quiet there, which I truly appreciated. The cabin was only a few minutes away from town and downtown Blue Ridge, which was quite convenient. The pictures almost do not do the views of the beautiful mountains justice, but the cabin in the photos is what you will find here. All rooms were nice and easy to access. The road up to the cabin was not too bad. There were a lot of twists and turns, but overall my SUV was able to make it up and down from there without any issues. You do have to go about it slow and be cautious, but I have been on worse mountain roads so this was a breeze. We were also able to have decent cell reception and used the cabin's wifi. Overall, I truly was able to enjoy my trip in this wonderful cabin and I will definitely be back!!

We really liked this cabin. It boast a beautiful, long range view of the blue ridge mountains. The cabin is spacious and upon arrival, the inside was very clean! I would recommend that the patio/deck areas be cleaned up a little. I understand outdoor elements are not always in our control but the screened in porch had a ton of leaves that you can tell have been there quite some time. The drive to the cabin is definitely adventurous but to get a view this great, you can’t expect smooth paved roads the whole way. My SUV did really well but I would not recommend driving a car. The road is safe but there are lots of pot holes and pavement changes. The cabin was well equipped and we loved having our dogs with us for the stay. Overall, we loved our stay would definitely return.

The cabin was clean and comfy. I was disappointed in the fire pit, unusable.
Enjoyed the stay wish I could have enjoyed the fire pit and porch but the fire pit was derelict and unusable and the porch furniture uncomfortable; both need updating. Do not try to find the cabin in the dark, road leading to the cabin was difficult to see in the daylight much less in the dark. You don’t need a 4 wheel, but would be helpful. Vacasa was very responsive and addressed all our needs. Take a flashlight, the cabin kitchen is very dark, we had to cook by flashlight as some of the light bulbs were out over the stove and track lighting.

The drive to this cabin is sketchy. Three miles of a single lane gravel road with steep climbs and drops. So glad we didn’t bring the smaller car. We had to cut our evenings short because there was no way we were driving that road in the dark. Super misleading. Broken furniture, fireplaces not working, bare kitchen and a mess if a patio. Won’t be back.

Beautiful place, Bad service
I want to start by saying the house is adorable and the views are incredible. The reason I give it less stars is that I confirmed with the property that all fireplaces were in working conditions to use for our trip. Fireplaces are super important to my husband and I, we love how relaxing they are. We drove 10 hours to get to this location and it was super late and raining ( I think it’s important to note that the drive up to the house from the bottom is not easy. Our Range Rover Sport had a little trouble even getting up because of the rain and very slick steep roads.) So be aware and be careful, obviously that’s not the owners fault just an FYI. We arrived to have none of the fireplaces working. I called the property manager who did reach back quickly but told me the fireplaces were turned off until the following month even though like I said I confirmed with them before we booked this place that they would be working and in the house it stated that the fireplaces are working for the month we were there. I had to send her proof screen shots and then She did send some one out and they turned them on. However the next day the the game room fireplace was not working again. I reached out several times with no return call or response to fix it. So we went the last days with out it which really sucked because the game room is a great spot! We spent a lot of our time down there and had a great time but again felt that the fireplace should be working or atleast some response. The views are incredible like I stated but I think the service should of been much better because it ruined the end of the stay for us. If you don’t care about the fireplaces then you should be good but who knows because if they don’t answer renters that could be an issue for other problems that may occur. The entire house was clean except for the patio that has the outdoor fireplace, very dirty and filled with cobwebs and huge poisonous spiders. I think if they sprayed it down regularly it wouldn’t be as bad because one about the size of my hand nearly jumped on my face and freaked me out. Over all great spot and close to pretty much every thing. Such a beautiful view to wake up to.

Pictures are deceiving
I rented this property because it looked a lot bigger than most in pictures, but the kitchen and living room area were a lot smaller than we thought. The kitchen also lacks bare essentials, such as salt and pepper. The coffee machine is old and the stove filter was greasy. The best part of the house is the game room in the basement. All the common area were cleaned and no pet smell at all to be dog friendly. The handrail on the deck was loose, but they did warn us with caution tape. Would I stay here again? Probably, but it needs some minor upgrades.

We just returned from a fabulous trip to Blue Ridge and stayed in Moon Kiss cabin. The cabin was clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend mountain escape. We especially loved the screened-in outdoor fireplace, which was perfect for us to be able to enjoy a fire when the rain came in. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The rooms were nice and both had doors leading to private balconies. There were only two issues with the bedrooms... 1) there was nothing to put our suitcase on - no dressers - so we just left our suitcase on the floor. (There was a closet to hang clothes), and 2) there is no shower in the bedroom on the main level - only a tub, so we used the shower in the basement. Not a big deal to us, but it might be for someone who can't navigate that many stairs. The basement game room has a warm fireplace, along with a pool table, foosball table, full bathroom, laundry room and a bar. The views from this house are absolutely incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed being able to sip coffee out on the deck in the mornings and just stare at the mountains. Now, to gain those views, it is necessary to drive up a pretty steep mountain road. The road is part gravel and part paved and is pretty steep, with drop offs on some parts. For some it may be nerve wracking, but I assure you that it is worth the drive up. Overall, this cabin was a great place to get away and enjoy!
