Hollywood Blvd. is a very busy road, traffic noise is pretty loud during high traffic times. It's an older property, but in very good condition, well kept. Checkin was pleasant, Marvin and John are both very friendly, offered advice on where to dine, etc. Area around the hotel isn't overly convenient if you don't have a vehicle, we did find a good place to dine within walking distance, but pretty limited. It has a complete kitchen, so probably good for longer stays. Overall, a pleasant place to stay, and would stay here again if in the area.

Hotel staff was Amazing, friendly and welcoming. Resort, rooms and all areas very clean, hotel is old and it shows its age but its well kept. There is no much to do around the hotel for entertainment, but there are plenty of dinning options within walking distance; overall we had a great weekend at the Trump beach resort in Sunny Isles
