"Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Häuschen ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt habe ich mich wohl gefühlt.2 Punkte Abzug gibt es, weil das Warmwasser während meines Aufenthalts leider nicht gut funktioniert hat. Die Gastgeber waren zwar sofort erreichbar, konnten das Problem jedoch leider nicht lösen. Zudem hat mich die Lautstärke der Klimaanlage, über die auch geheizt wird, vor allem nachts ziemlich gestört, sodass ich sie ausstellen musste, es dann aber schnell...

"Wir sind für Einfachheit aber SAUBERKEIT,leider war das mit der Sauberkeit nicht der Fall, z.B. waren im Kleiderschrank feuchte Handtücher und dreckige Bettwäsche. Im Trockner fand man noch feuchte Handtücher mit Biergeruch. Wir haben die Hausverwaltung damit kontaktiert und diese (großes Lob) haben sich sofort und problemlos darum gekümmert. Wir bekammen am nächsten Tag eine Ersatzwohung diese war um Welten besser und sauber.An dieser Stelle an die Hausverwaltung, danke für dem Problemlosen...

Excellent hotel for visitors to Lübeck

"Perfectly located hotel for visiting the beautiful city of Lübeck. Easy to find and good parking. Large well furnished rooms. Ours had a lovely river and old town view. Good quality bed linens, soft, fluffy towels and, thankfully, no cushions on the bed! Excellent shower and bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was a lovely place to stay."

"Everything went smoothly from the welcome at thw reception. The room was spacious, the view from our room was great, everything was very clean. The bar staff was very friendly, The hotel is very close to the subway and it’s about 20 minutes away from downtown. On weekends, the public parking outside is free. "
