"My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights, and the property was excellent! The cabin was clean, with a beautiul view of this little aritificial pond that had ducks and fish in it. We were only a 5 minute drive from La Fortuna for groceries, and any time we communicated with Marco, we received a prompt response."

"We had so much fun here, and it was a wonderful place to come and relax after a day of activities. Very unique cabin, with porch right on the pond. Friendly ducks, dogs, and it was great hearing all of the different bird calls. Very close to restaurants and things, but felt remite and private. Comfortable bed. Only complaint was the small bathroom without much room to put things."

"This was the perfect place except for the beds. They are like sleeping on concrete. Just beware. Beautiful on everything else. Too bad the owner skipped out on comfortable mattresses. Everyone complained about the beds. "

"This was a beautiful property, with birds flying all around and lots of nice places to relax - hammock swings, seating on patio, hot tub & bar, communal dining space. Note that the only indoor space are the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and all communal or spcializing space is outdoors. This would be a great place for two couples or a group. "Breathtaking view and comfortable stay! Huge tree with multiple varieties of birds including Toucans! Our hosts made our time very special. "We had a rough start with communication and getting into the property when we arrived late. I was told I would get the check-in details at 2:45 pm. That did NOT happen. I drive for 4 hours and then had to wait and contact via What’sApp, which was never specified in earlier communication with the property manager/owner. "We had a comfortable stay at Brisas del Volcan. The view of the volcano was perfect with morning coffee and the bird watching in the neighborhood was pretty great also. Town and shops were a short drive. We did not use the pool. "

"This was an absolutely wonderful day, wish we could have had more time, but our 3 nights there were stellar. The property is up in the hills, and overlooks the Arenal volcano. Spectacular views from the main lobby and even from our rooms! There are multiple hot springs and pools on site, in 3 different groupings, and all were situated beautiful with food options and bathrooms and towel stations nearby. Delicious food, including sushi and Italian options. The drinks were delicious, especially from one bartender named Paola who also went above and beyond to take care of us. We ran into her every day and her wit and positive attitude were just wonderful. And lastly, the spa is small but stunning, i had a great massage and scrub which were both super relaxing. Highly recommend! "
