"We were received with sparkling wine upon check in. Such a beautiful hotel, very large suite with a living room and kitchen. There were also two great balconies to relax. I really enjoyed the space. The outdoor area had 4 swimming pools and a beautiful waterfront to watch the sunset. It was very romantic for us. The hotel offered a shuttle to the beach and city center which was very convenient. I would recommend and definitely come back. "

"The room was not clean. The floors looked dirty and stained including the bathroom floor and shower. The sliding door track was dirty. The air conditioner return was full of dust. There were hidden charges which I was not aware of until I received a statement in my email. I was told that bottled water was free, the shuttle to downtown was free. I was charged a $28.13 daily Destination Fee plus $11.25 daily for parking. NOT FREE."

"The only minor criticism of this wonderful hotel is also a plus. It’s located on the US1 so close to downtown Key West, the road noise is a little intrusive. Of course the owners can do nothing about that. Everything else is fabulous. A beautiful spot by the water with hammocks and palm trees - idyllic. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The seafood restaurant is brilliant and a complimentary continental breakfast a welcome bonus. Take the chance to experience the jet ski tour of the keys. White knuckle stuff but exhilarating. Overall a wonderful stay."
