Perfect family getaway
Beautiful home with everything you could need, with easy access to town and the beach. Amazing pool with total privacy, and lots of areas to relax and enjoy the setting. Our kids loved the twin bedroom, we loved the privacy and convenience of the master suite, and grandparents enjoyed private en-suite bedrooms. George was incredibly responsive and kind — would absolutely stay again!

Great location and stay
The house was beautiful and such a pleasure to stay at. The location makes it easy to get to the beach and downtown, and the golf cart makes it even easier to get around. The rooms are spacious and the pool area is awesome. The host is easy to communicate with and wants to make sure your stay is great. I would recommend this hosue to anyone looking to stay in Boca Grande.

This house is simply amazing!
This private home is in a great location just South of town near the Range Lighthouse. It is a short walk or bike ride to the beach and town. It felt like we were staying at a Four Seasons property. The house is simply stunning!

Perfect spot
This house is so easy to slip into and enjoy. The beach is one block away, but I’m a pool-girl and the pool is delicious! The guest rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is great and we all got up and watched the Coronation of King Charles at 5 am, lying on comfy couches with furry throws right nearby! Perfection!

We have been taking family vacations in BG for many years and this property is better than the Inn or ANY private property we have rented. The ability to stay behind on island adventures to enjoy a quiet pool day and the seclusion that offers is very nice. The owner is wonderful. - New everything including laundry, air conditioning, kitchen & appliances, entertainment systems, pest control, security, pool, etc. -Close to town and beach (you can easily walk/golf cart) - Dead end street so safer for kids. - Easy ample parking

Great house at a great location. The house was big enough to hold our family and grandparents. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Pool was clean and someone came by during the week to clean and maintain it as well. The house comes with several inflatables for the pool/beach. Also comes with 4 umbrellas and plenty of beach chairs to set up on the beach that’s easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful home with luxury amenities in a fabulous location. The owners are so kind to share this first-rate home in a great spot on Boca Grande. Super clean. Quiet. Just like new. Wonderful Property
The property is well managed and properly cared for. Upon arrival we found many necessities, a stocked beverage cooler, towels, spices, etc. It was very helpful to have the explanation of all of the pool, sound, appliances, and any unique features. one great aspect was being very close to the beach and backing up to a preserve. It made it very comfortable with the afternoon breeze. Wonderful property as advertised. We will stay again.

Incredible vacation experience
My family just experienced the most perfect family vacation imaginable. George was an incredible host, helping us make all of the arrangements for my family of 9 including grandchildren ages 4 and 1. George's home is magnificent! Perfectly laid out with open space and beautifully appointed rooms. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the living room/kitchen area is open to the pool, and the overall lay out was perfectly conducive to a family hanging out together for meals, lounging at the pool, and relaxing around the TV at night. The town of Boca Grande is wonderful! The golf carts make getting around so enjoyable, and the easy access to the beach simply perfect. I cannot recall, in all of the years I have vacationed with my family, a more enjoyable experience, and it all start with George and Suzy and their hospitality. My family extends their heartfelt thanks as well!!!
