Location, Location, Location!
What a find in Boca Raton! We rented a 1 bed/bath for the month of February. The apartment itself was adequate. For the most part, it had everything we needed. But the location is sublime! Right on the intracoastal. Just watching the boats go by was a highlight. Plus, we could walk to almost everything - golf, beach, Publix, CVS, Trader Joe’s, restaurants & shops at Royal Palm Plaza & Mizner Place. Easy access to Route 1, A1A & 95. We enjoyed it so much, we’ve already rented for next year. The property is located in one of the most high class, desirable areas of Boca Raton. A couple of negatives- 1wash cloth, 2 hand towels (one of them with a big tear) & 2 bath towels. We asked for more & we’re refused. Really?? Also, there was no broom so we couldn’t sweep the floors. 2 rolls of TP, no dish towel, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 dishwasher pods, 2 sample size bars of soap, & a mini bottle of dish detergent. For 4 weeks??!
