Everything is bad. I visited that hotel 5 times in the past and over the last several years it went from three star to one star. it’s extremely unsanitary because they do not collect garbage from the garbage cans for days so people just throw garbage everywhere and litter is everywhere and no one cares to clean the floors . Doors in the units are all broken. The doors do not close properly . They advertised it as keyless, but the keyless locks are all broken so you end up with small keys you carry around. Rooms Don’t have hot water and warm water with no pressure. ACs in most units are broken and create a lot of noise. they don’t provide soap or lotions, the lightning is extremely weak. They have very weird people on the properties. a lot of people smoke weed or cigarettes outside of the rooms because they live there long-term. We didnt feel safe. The experience was so awful that I had to buy membership to the local gym to use hot water there, to shower there because there’s no hot water in the hotel . Stay away!

I appreciated an early check in, however I got off to a rough start, losing power my first night and waking to a knock for pesticide spraying the first morning. Additionally I had issues with the WiFi, the gym was closed/‘out of order’ and the ice machine was out of order. I was requested to wash my dishes but was not provided dish soap. Parking was easy, as was check-in/check out.

The bedding was obviously, “well loved.” Neighbors partied until 3am. We had someone repeatedly try to forcefully open our door on the second night. The kitchenette was a closet with an extremely low wattage microwave and a mini-fridge. The ice machine in our building was broken. The elevator in the other was also. There were three locks on the door, only one of which operated. Drywall repairs looked as though they were attempted by an eight year old.
