Top modern and clean new and large house in Bodman-Ludwigshafen, on Lake Constance, 5 minutes walk from the lake, lake view from the living room and main bedroom, modern and brand new Alno kitchen, large living room with large sofa bed, three large bedrooms with high quality box spring beds, relaxing and quiet area. Bodman is 23 km from Constance and about 30 km from Switzerland. Lake and nature as well as many hiking opportunities.

Schön, aber furchtbar kalt

Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus ungeheizt und das schon seit Tagen. Bei einer Raumtemperatur von 11 Grad war es sehr kalt und ungemütlich, leider dauert es bei einer Fussbodenheizung sehr lange bis das offene Haus beheizt ist. Um 24.30 Uhr hatten wir knapp 15 Grad. Der Vermieter hat uns gegen Abend 3 Heizlüfter gebracht, die wir selber montieren mußten. Die Schlafzimmer waren eisig und leider auch nur mit einer Sommerdecke ausgestattet. Mit den Heizlüftern im Schlafzimmer konnten wir die Räume einigermassen erwärmen. Beim Frühstück waren es dann 16 Grad im Haus. Ein Haus mit vielen elektr. Einrichtungen, aber da wäre ein Anleitungsheft nützlich. Das Haus selber ist wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, doch für diesen doch recht hohen Mietpreis hätten wir ein beheiztes Haus erwartet. Ein Urlaubstag ist uns somit verloren gegangen.
