"Hemos pasado unos días en familia estupendos. La casa es cómoda, amplia, todo estaba muy limpio y muy completa en el menaje. La Lapa es un pueblo muy tranquilo desde el que parten unas rutas muy recomendables y está a tan solo 10 minutos en coche de Zafra. "We used our stay to visit family in Zafra and take a trip to Merida, and it was such a friendly little town we spent a couple of evenings in Segura de Leon instead of those towns. Would recommend staying here if in the area. Thanks Chema for the useful comms ahead of our stay too, really helped."

"Very central and an easy walk into centre. Lovely setting, it's partly built into the city wall. Very clean and nice communal areas. Communication is very difficult as we have limited Spanish and non of the staff spoke English but we battled through. We've stayed her several times on our way back and forwa to Cadiz and we will definitely stay again. There parking available at a rate of 10Eur per day however it's worth the extra as it is secure."

"The inner courtyard is lovely. We had popped in for a drink when previously in Zafra so this time decided to stay. The beds were very comfortable and everywhere was clean. The breakfast was very good and we stayed for dinner, mostly due to the lovely surroundings. The service was very good and the food was fine though not outstanding. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint relates to the water. We were on the third floor and we had to waste a considerable amount of water...

"Attractive older property located right on the old town square. Room and bathroom both decent sized, clean and tastefully decorated. Bathroom fittings a little dated but top quality including a nice steel bath 👍. Nice bar and restaurant. The only downside was my 1st floor suffered noise from the kitchen / laundry room especially 9 to 10pm. I would definitely return. "
