You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Cleaning fee: COP 80000 per accommodation, per stay (varies based on unit and length of stay)
• You may be required to pay VAT (19%) at the property. Non-resident travellers who pay using a foreign card or bank transfer and present a valid passport and tourist visa may be exempt from value-added tax (19%) on tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel service).

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Pet fee: COP 60000 per accommodation (varies based on length of stay)
• Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping is available for an additional fee and varies based on length of stay
