We had a very good stay at Chico 97. The staff for really beyond excellent: attentive, friendly, everything we asked for they went out of their way to to do or get or whatever it might have been. They were just just fantastic. Our room was amazing. We got a "luxury suite", but we're kind of used to hotels listings online being different from what you get when you get there well in this case it was different from where you expected but it was way nicer way way nicer it was like two it was almost like a double room with a really big and beautiful bedroom with a beautiful very very nice bathroom and then a whole other room with a couch or two and another TV and another big very nice bathroom. Our jaw is sort of dropped from we first got there and saw it.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a nice experience. Upon arrival, we were given a room without a safe, and unfortunately, both the TV and coffee machine weren't working. In the morning, we brought this to the attention of the reception, who were very friendly and quick to resolve the issue by moving us to a different room that was in great condition. The hotel itself is good, in a great location and the breakfast selection was excellent. However, despite two people staying in the room, the room service only left one K-cup for the coffee machine each day. Additionally, each guest is provided with just one towel to use for face, body, and hands, which wasn’t ideal. After we requested extra towels, the staff quickly provided an additional one, but it would be nice if these were standard in the rooms for added convenience. Overall, this hotel has a lot going for it: the location, facilities, and especially the helpful reception team made for a pleasant stay.
