I ran out of toilet paper. They just give you one. I had to come downstairs at midnight for it because they don’t answer your messages in a timely manner. I ordered food and I asked them when ordering my food to bring me ketchup for my potatoes and they didn’t bring it. When I texted them asking for it, they said those potatoes don’t come with it. Like really. Rude.

Even though the room is small it is well designed. On the other hand, the bathroom could be improved, it is made all in black stone tiles and it gives the idea that it is not as clean as the rest of the room

Something of a hidden treasure, which isn't overly corporate, but it is wholly professional nonetheless. Its location within Chapinero is magical, and the immediate locality is a combination of residential apartments and al fresco eateries, with a slight Mediterranean vibe. The staff are exceptionally well mannered, friendly and trustworthy, and the rooms are moderately spacious, more than I expected, and clean. My own room came with a large screen TV, a fridge, various snacks and drinks to be paid for upon departure if used, a safe, and free wifi which drew speeds of between 30-70 mbps. Walking around the immediate area felt completely safe, and the police presence was distinct, certainly towards the 24/7 pharmacy which may have been something of a meeting point The Andino shopping mall can be reached on foot or by taxi, and easily competes with some of the variety in London, so it's a very practical option for those who are experiencing Colombia for the first time I really loved it, and I felt a little bit sad when I was going, but that's a testament to what the hotel really provides. The only point I would flag is that vehicular noise was a bit of an issue on the first evening, until I realised that one of the windows had been left open, so do check for that upon arrival. But very impressive, and strongly recommended in the main. They've put a great hotel together....

Hotel Coco has an excellent selection of Colombian breakfast choices, and super friendly staff. We also appreciated the ability to check in way after midnight, as our flight arrived very late. Highly recommended!

This hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. My wife and I splurged on a suite and the room was fantastic. The suite had a private pool. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Bogota.

Beautiful property in Bogota. Rooftop has a great view of the city and nearby hills. Hotel has everything you need and the staff helps when possible, but amenities are limited and the rooms are on the small side. This is my second stay due to its location, there’s a great cafe right in front, pharmacy at the corner, and restaurants all around. For a quick getaway and if you pack light, you’ll love this hotel!

It was a pleasant stay, we had a little issue because our bed sheets were a little wet as if they were not dried properly and the heating wouldn’t turn on in the room. We only stayed one night so we didn’t have a chance to tell the staff, or energy seeing as we just came from a 14 hour flight. Otherwise the hotel was great, staff was so kind and the food on the sixth floor was great
