I paid for a room i never got , when i asked they said that i need to pay more , i asked to speak with the manager magaly and she was super rude and advised me to go somewhere else. Unfortunately i was in need because i had a major surgery and this happened only in my first day after of my surgery , of course i was forced to stay , Magaly the manager didn’t want to help at all , i contacted expedia and they left me alone, expedia didn’t helped neither. Very disappointed and frustrated experience i really felt in danger, the bathroom/shower very slippery , the fridge was broken , the tv didn’t work, , noise and hot room . Not recommended at all

El check in fue terrible... el señor se tardaba revisando documentos y se equivocó y tuvo que repetir todo de nuevo. Le dijimos que teníamos prisa y no le importo. Después mejoró el servicio con el resto del personal. Otro tema es que nos cobraron impuestos y en teoría no deberían xq somos turistas y teníamos el sello de entrada en el pasaporte. Dijeron que era un seguro y despues resultó que fueron impuestos xq pedí el recibo
