Great Value
Great location in the center of the city right between historical center and Chapinero. There is no elevator in the property but the staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was adequate.

The extra mile
We gave this hotel an overall excellent score as the staff who could not speak English tried and succeeded in meeting our requirements. In particular the young receptionist procured medical services for my husband and rang ahead to the next hotel to tell them we would be a day late! The medics were there within the hour and I am pleased to say all is well. The restaurant staff were not so helpful, leaving breakfast options empty a good two hours before the allotted finish time!

Hotel con muy mala atencion y muy incomodo
No tiene ascensor ni nadie que te ayude con las maletas. La cama durisima. Muy incomoda. El desayuno no me gusto. El empleado de cocina que es el mismo que nos enseño el cuarto no era amable. En el desayuno no nos dejo repetir. Practicamente nos echo.

En el baño, la ducha no tiene puerta para independizar el sanitario, tiene cortina plástica. Entonces el agua moja todo el baño y eso genera mucha incomodidad. Sugiero que le instalen puerta adecuada a la ducha. Habitación 418.

Los empleados muy amables, el hotel no tiene ascensor, asi que si van con niño como fue mi caso es un problema, el internet se caia y cuando se llamaba a recepción la muchacha no era nada amable (pero fue una sola) las demás super amable, las señoras que limpian muy lindas y amables. La comida deliciosa pero muy poca..
