"Wir sind sehr begeistert. Tolle, zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Unsere Wohnung war wirklich gut ausgestattet. Bei der Anreise waren wir erst sehr enttäuscht, da Sauna und Fitness a. G. eines Wasserschadens nicht zur Verfügung standen. Es gab leider auch tagsüber den Baulärm. In der 2. Woche war der Schaden behoben. Das Körbchen mit frischen Handtüchern vor der Tür war eine nette Geste. Über die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung haben wir uns ebenfalls sehr gefreut! Wir sind wirklich gut erholt heim...

"Es war klar, das Haus liegt nicht in Binz! Dass es aber nicht so leicht ist, die ca. 4 Kilometer nach Binz zu überwinden war nicht so klar. The kitchen is well-equipped for everything we needed over the month. We often cooked at home and never had a moment when we lacked the tools to make a tasty meal. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "

Great hotel in very good location

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters. The 2 room apartment is big and has everything you could need including a drying rack, pots and pans for cooking, hair dryer, and plenty of tables to eat. Only one thing to note, at least for us, the shampoo dispenser was outside the shower with no other options provided, so consider to bring your own."
