"Stayed in the Greenery apartment, the window vines are extremely overgrown and you can't see past them when you open the window (as of 11/24). Below the window is where people sit to smoke, so it does end up inside the apartment. The bedloft stairs are very steep, wouldnt reccomend for kids under 5 but my 8yr old loved it. Greenery is on the 3rd floor (4th if from the US) and the stairwell is steep, winding, and small... keep that in mind if your luggage is heavy/large. Otherwise, the stairwell...

"This is a gem of a little boutique hotel that had spacious rooms and beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from the upper floors of the hotel. Had a cute little rooftop terrace as well open to the guests!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come stay here again!"

"The hotel was in a great location. It was near a metro stop, a couple of grocery stores and lots of restaurants. It had a kitchen area that was extremely well appointed with real knives and good quality small appliances etc. They also had a laundry room with washers and dryers that were free to use. A bonus in an older building, it had a good elevator! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this establishment."

"Hotel itself was maintained well, clean - great staff! They were helpful and friendly! Area was great walkable to great bakeries, restaurants and Eiffel Tower. Public transportation is easy! Room was quite small but not out of the ordinary! Eiffel view is nice but is not fully seen more just the top but good enough and for the price! "

"Clean, tidy, very boutique feel, great location and perfectly acceptable; however, for us slightly let down as despite promising ‘sound proofing’, it was anything but as we found out when next door neighbours began talking at 5 in the morning and could hear revellers outside all night. "

"This is my second time staying here. Both times were excellent experiences. Friendly staff, great location, walkable everywhere and you can see the Eiffel Tower Many of the rooms. I did not eat the breakfast so cannot review that but everything else was wonderful. All staff spoke good English we’re very welcoming. The rooms are lovely. I would highly recommend this place."
