"This place is pretty rustic. The furniture is pretty iffy. I'm a big guy, so I wouldn't chance sitting on the stools in the kitchen, and the coffee table in the living room also wobbles. "A staff member from the property contacted me via cell phone 24 hours prior to our check-in to notify us that our reservation was cancelled (reason will keep private per HIPAA) and that we'd receive a full refund.
