Home away from Home!!

This is a spacious 1000 sq ft vaulted ceiling open floor plan 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage that can accommodate 4 adults, or a small family of four. Due to the COVID Pandemic we are taking extra cleaning precautions and following the CDC and VRBO cleaning protocols.
The kitchen is fully stocked to make any size meal you may need. Feel spoiled using brand new electric oven and storing your cold and frozen goods in side by side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser.
The bedroom has a brand new King size bed with plush mattress. Updated linens and pillows are always a priority at our cottage.
The living room has a sofa that transitions to another full size bed. Also has two additional chairs for extra seating.
Large bath is complete with large walk in shower, plush towels, and complimentary toiletries.
The cottage has white birch flooring installed for that new cozy home feel, as well as easy clean up.
UPDATE! The cottage just received a Xeriscape backyard makeover! Saving water one day at a time! Complete with new gas grill, brand contemporary fence, river rocks, "grass" that looks perfect all the time, and a couple chairs to enjoy quiet time.

We offer high speed WIFI connection for our guests, which should make it easy to stream movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Peacock. The cottage has two TVs, one 70” smart TV in the living room and one 32” smart TV in the bedroom. Both TVs have around 51 digital HD channels and stream various providers.
The cottage recently just received a brand new central heating and cooling system installed complete with smart EcoBee thermostat.
There is also a covered 1 car carport to the left of the cottage, and plenty of extra space for an RV, Trailer, boat in the field on the west side of the carport that you are free to use.
There is also a park one block from the cottage that has an off leash section for your furry friends! Guests should Be assured complete privacy when staying in the cottage. We love being able to host our guests and give them the best of the best.

Nice and clean older home
Very clean with everything you could possibly need. Nice neighborhood that we took several walks in. The extra bed in the “cabinet” was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Boise was one of our longest stops while traveling. The cottage was much better than a hotel as we were traveling with a dog. We spent majority of our time visiting with family and friends not too far from the cottage. It was nice to come back and relax.

We were pleasantly surprised that the pictures represented the condition of the cottage correctly. It was very comfortable. We would suggest that the washer be cleaned and sterilized and the dryer lint tray be checked after each visitor. There was dog hair around the lid of the washer and the lint tray was packed. Also, leave better instructions on how to work the TV. Not everyone knows how to work such a complicated system. It would have been nice to have more coffee available and a box of kleenex. Just an FYI for the host, overall it worked great for us.

Wanted to stay. Arrived late. Tried the lock box code sent. Tried 10 times. Didn't work. Texted. No reply. Called. No answer. The house (lived next door) was dark - it was late. Didn't want to knock. Didn't know what to do. So, had to get a hotel. Communication the next morning was, "code was [this.] Don't understand where you got the other code." Showed her screen shots of where I got the info. No apology. But, did get my full refund. Not going to give a bad/great review cuz we never got to stay.

Quick Boise trip
In town for a few days with my 2 sons to visit friends. The place was very cute, super comfy for the 3 of us. The location was great; right by a nice park and easy to get to all the places we were going.

We are repeat guests as this quaint cute little place has all we need for comfort! Bedding is quality as is the bathroom towels and provided products like paper towels, toilet paper and , yes, coffee!!! Works for us since we are coming and going from NV checking in on parents. Love it that our 10 yr old lab is also welcome!! Thank you again, Jenn, for the quick replies to our requests for accomodations!

We came to visit family. This home is located such that it was an easy drive to visit them. Very close to the airport—about 10 minutes. King bed is very comfy. Backyard space was nice and private. Jennifer was very communicative and responded quickly. We enjoyed our time in this home.

Property was close to restaurants, grocery, a nice park and entertainment, great location. We didn’t expect a lot for the price paid but there was a strong bleach or chemical smell the whole time we were there (2 days). Parking was also not great (large thorny bush over growing driveway that was easy to scratch car when pulling in and made it difficult for passengers getting in and out). We didn’t have a lot of dishes so not a big deal but there’s no dishwasher. There were also dryer sheets in all the vents adding to the smell. TV, bed and shower were nice. Wouldn’t stay again though.

Nothing to rave about the yard but we did not need that as there was a beautiful park just blocks away that offered us a great walk with our dog - the park has a nice area just for dogs! Home was well equipped with kitchen appliances - even laundry facilities. We would stay again in a minute!

Visiting family. Perfect location between relatives, so either direction was close. Neighborhood location was quiet as hoped. Outdoor space provided and Lucy (our Toy Fox Terrier) was comfortable. We like traveling with our pet and especially enjoy the VRBO option. We hope to stay again here next year.

Great host, but dirty house!
Sad to say, the house needed a cleaning. Hair on the bathroom floor, dead bugs and cobwebs on the kitchen window sill, water stains on the fridge door. And the dish sponge in the kitchen sink smelled really foul. I would love to see this handy place improve with a good scrubbing!
