- The homeowners live on-site, in a completely separate unit, and may be present during your stay. There are also friendly horses, dogs, and children around the property, as well as daily maintenance personnel dependent on the season
- The home has WiFi, but it may be limited at times due to the remote location
- 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property
- The pool is available from June 1st to October 1st
