Space and leisure to spare! The country house has 5. 000 m², swimming pool next to the barbecue, court, complete games room (billiards, foosball, table tennis, video games and card table), wifi with 100Mbps fiber optic internet, cable tv, children and various areas of coexistence, internal and external!

Boituva is 1 hour from São Paulo, 100% asphalted road!
The farmhouse is 10 min from the city center and the Center for Parachuting and Ballooning.
Your pet is very welcome!

We are always listening to our guests, and we have made improvements!

New bathrooms, sports court, larger windows, decor, furniture, kitchen appliances and more!

The farmhouse is in a gated and secure condominium

The kitchen is very equipped! With all the basics, microwave, electric oven, blender, mixer, coffee maker, 2 refrigerators, 2 freezers, large cookware, draft beer, grills, boards and BBQ knives, pizza oven blades and more!

The pool area features new and comfortable lounging chairs, tables and sofas.
We have a professional sound system and very powerful, the sound arrives in the entire farm!

The rooms have fans, comfortable beds with linens and even pillows.

Lots of nature, with native and fruit trees like jaca, jaboticaba and acerola.

Perfect to gather family and friends, celebrate birthdays, rest, relax, celebrate and have great moments with enough comfort and privacy!

What makes our farm unique are the many leisure options for all ages and tastes!
You can sunbathe by the pool watching the parachutes and balloons, relax in a hammock under the shade of trees and the sound of birds, watch a movie in one of the 3 tv rooms, play a game of video game or a football / basketball / tennis on our new block, wake up early and have an early morning breakfast watching the sunrise! Or simply do nothing! :)

I will always be available by phone for any questions or needs.

We have a couple of housekeepers who live in a detached house inside the land of the farm. They will be there to greet you and assist you.
They are very attentive and friendly!

They can be hired apart to provide cleaning and cooking services

A MELHOR chácara de Boituva!!
A chácara da Nicoly é simplesmente INCRÍVEL!! Já me hospedei em outras propriedades no mesmo condomínio e de longe esta é a melhor de todas! É muito mais bonita pessoalmente do que nos fotos! A limpeza é impecável! Tudo muito bem cuidado, novo e funcionando. A cozinha é muito completa, os quartos são confortáveis e você nunca vai ficar entediado lá com a quantidade de coisas para fazer, as crianças adoraram! Os caseiros sempre foram muito atenciosos e solícitos. A Nicoly esclareceu todas as dúvidas e sempre respondeu muito rápido. Obrigado Nicoly, com certeza voltaremos!

Paraíso
O sítio é enorme, tudo muito lindo e bem cuidado, a proprietária que tive contato é muito gentil e prestativa, assim como os caseiros que cuidam do local. Fica em um condomínio, o que torna a propriedade bem segura. O lugar todo é especialmente limpo, muito bem equipado tanto a casa (roupas de cama, cobertores, etc) quanto a cozinha e sala de jogos. Possui vários ambientes e o custo benefício da estadia é ótimo. Com certeza voltaremos.
