This unique boutique hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Budapest. We had a balcony room overlooking the Main Street and close to many restaurants along the pedestrian side streets, the river and near a Hop on Hop Off bus stop. The hotel is located on the top floor with the main floors looking very tired and in need of paint and repair. However, the 4th floor hotel area was clean and we were pleasantly surprised when arrived in our room. The room was well outfitted with a safe, mini fridge, personal heat/air conditioner and modern bathroom. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We arrived early and had a locked area to store luggage. We would stay here again.

The hotel is in an excellent location and is close to the centre of the touristy area. The hotel's facilities were good, only thing that could have been improved is it had a mini fridge to store things. Staff are really friendly and helpful too.

Property is pretty well located with most of the monuments and attractions no more than a 15 mins walk. Area is full of High end (Michelin star and Guide) restaurants as well as local and international high rated ones. Local coffee shops and grocery stores all around no more than 8 mins walk.
Property is clean and modern, you will really feel comfortable. The apartment assigned has two bathrooms what is pretty convenient and your traveling with family or groups.
My only recommendation I’ll give is that if the reception is closed and yous have a customer arriving that they, they should provide the key codes before the person arrived, that will make it easier for both sides. Instead of the customer scrambling how they gonna enter the property and the apartment. Albeit that, next time I visit Budapest I’d stay with you guys and hope is soon.
I’m not the type of writing reviews, but in this case I consider them extremely important and a responsibility for the fellow travelers, cause it has helped me immensely in the past 7 years.

"A beautiful hotel with lots of original fittings and features. A film crew were then when we arrived which made it feel quite busy but we were able to check in early and make the most of our stay.
