"This is an excellent place to stay in Bol, on a quiet side street in the historic area, a short walk to the waterfront restaurants and shops. There are a few sterile modern “resort” hotels in Bol, but staying with Ivana and Ivan in part of their stone family home is far superior. Our rooms were up steps and included a full kitchen, private covered patio, and garden. Bol is a delightful mix of local activity (fishing, wine and olive oil making, historic sites, small grocery stores, friends meeting for coffee) and tourist services (restaurants, shops, tour boats). The active waterfront serves the small boats of local residents, classy yachts, and small tour boats. There are several excellent gravel beaches on the crystal clear Adriatic within walking distance. With a car, there are numerous picturesque villages worth spending a few days exploring on the mountainous island of Brac. This was our second visit to Croatia and Bol is our favorite. "

"Too many stairs to my room. I had to leave my luggage in my car. The remote for the air conditioner probably needed new batteries. I sent a text and they did not respond. The room was pretty warm that day. On the plus side, my room had a beautiful balcomy and a very nice view of the sea! "

"This hotel is amazing and I thoroughly recommend staying here. The rooftop pool area is stunning and the hot tub is very handy if it gets a bit cooler in the evening. Breakfast is fantastic and the staff are so helpful. A 10/10 hotel in the lovely area of Bol which has more than enough high quality restaurants and the nicest beaches we experienced in Croatia. "

"Rooms clean and comfortable. Get a balcony room if you can. Location is perfect close to the beach and the town. Short walk to both. Breakfast is included and good selection. Dinner is ok but would suggest eating out locally instead. Spa is nice and massage was good, although treatment not exactly as described on the menu. If WiFi is important to you. This hotel has it down to an art. It seamlessly keeps you connected throughout the property. Pool area clean and towels available (Sept) "
