The small, typical Dalmatian holiday house with beautiful garden and private pool is located in a quiet, exposed hillside above the famous resort "Bol" on the island of Brac. The house is surrounded by a lush olive grove with breathtaking views of the sea, the Golden Horn and the opposite island of Hvar.
In typical Dalmatian style, the outdoor area is kept. Here stands the outdoor grill and the monolithic stone dining table. A pergola-like wooden construction spans the outdoor terrace, which in the summer carries a shady plant roof. The newly landscaped pool with a terrace, it can relax with a beautiful view of the sea, a glass of wine and a good book wonderful. The garden area, where many olive trees feel comfortable, offers children and 4-legged players enough space to play and play.
In addition to the beautiful living room with kitchen and counter, the house offers two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one per bedroom). The amenities of the house also include a washing machine, dishwasher, 2 air conditioners (one per room), Internet (Wi-Fi), 2 flat-screen TVs with satellite channels (one per room). Upon request, breakfast can be served on the terrace for a surcharge.
The arrival and departure can take place in coordination with existing bookings on other days except Saturdays. The friendly landlord living nearby will welcome you personally on the day of arrival and bring you to the holiday home. Besides Croatian, German, English and Italian are also spoken. The famous beach "Golden Horn" of Bol is only a few minutes walk, in the center you can walk about 10 minutes.
