"The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable. "It was such fun being in a light and airy living space - especially when the weather was warm and sunny and we could open the big doors onto the patio and sit in the small secluded garden - we managed to eat out all our meals out here for several days and enjoyed using our bird song identification app as we listened to a multitude of birds in the surrounding area. The village has a beautiful common and some nice walks to explore too. A relaxed stay all round."
