"Very professional staff. A big thank you to Regan the restaurant manager who returned my wallet having dropped it in restaurant a little earlier. I hadn’t noticed I dropped it! If you are ordering a taxi from the hotel then make sure you double check again in the morning if you’ve booked through reception. They kindly booked one for me the night before but it no-showed in the morning and when the morning desk manager phoned to chase the taxi firm had evidently forgotten about it which caused me...
