I don't really want to say anything negative, because the man in charge is so nice. It's basic - what you get for the price. The only real complaint is the breakfast. Below even the minimum standard. Nescafe instead of real coffee, a few cheeses and olives, those horrible fake spam things - and the bread was stale. Basically, don't bother with the breakfast.

Resepcion da Çok tuhaf bir Üsluplu beyefendi vardı konuşma tarzı o kadar itici ve gericiki diyalog kurmayı bilmiyor yanımdaki arkadaşım olmasına rağmen konuşma şekli ve anlatımı gerçekten insanca bir konuşma şekli yoktu otel ev gibi odalarda havlu dışında başka bir ekstra birşey yok klima yok havalandırma yok 7-9 arası kahvaltı koymuşlar çıkışında 11 yazmışlar Türkiye de böyle bir uygulamayı ilk defa böyle bir yerde gördüm açıkçası berbattı

Çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili otel çalışanları ve sahipleri. İsteklerimiz için hemen koşturdular. Otel konumu gayet merkezi. Kaldığımız oda tertemizdi fakat eski bir otel. Yatak sağdan sola dönerken bile gıcırdıyordu. Isınma problemi yok. Kahvaltı öğrenci yurdu işi. Tam bir fiyat performans oteliydi. Memnun kaldık.

Araç parkı olsa daha iyi olurdu. İşletmeci ilgili idi. İlk gece kaldığım oda yatağı rahatsız etti sabah iletince yardımcı oldular ve oda değiştirdim. Kahvaltı oldukça mütevazı ama yeterli idi. Sıkıcı bir şeyle karşılaşmadım güven veren bir aile oteli. Şehir içinde olması da avantaj oldu tabi.

Temizlik ve güleryüz
Biz çok memnun kaldık standart oda tutmamıza rağmen otele gittiğimizde aile odası verdiler ve çocuğumuz olduğu için çok rahat ettik. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Odaları tertemiz sıcak duşu olan ve 5 yıldız konforunu aratmayan bir oteldi.sabah kahvaltısıda gayet yeterliydi. Çok yeni bir otel olmamasına rağmen temizdi. Hem uygun hemde temiz bir otel ararsanız hiç düşünmeyin derim.

Otelin hizmetleri ve otelin işletmecisiyle deneyimlerimi ayrı olarak değerlendireceğim. Otel fiyat performans açısından oldukça tatmin edici. Konumu şehir merkezinde ve yürüyerek rahatça bir yerlere gidebiliyırsunuz. Otel gayet temizdi. Yataklar, havlular, çarşaflar ve banyo gayet temizdi. Kahvaltı oldukça az lezzetsiz ancak önemli değildi beklentimiz düşüktü ve dışarıda kahvaltı ettik. Otelin işletmecisi oldukça kaba ve iletişim konusunda kendisini geliştirmesi gerekiyor. Otele ilk girdiğimiz anda jest olsun diye delüx oda verdiğini ama 4000 lira vermemizi istedi. Zaten delüx oda isteseydik onu tutardık. Kaldı ki talebimiz de yoktu. Biz şaşırınca öfkelendi ve yükselmeye başladı. Geç bir saatte ve yorgun geldiğimiz için alttan aldık. Yoksa başka bir yer ayarlardık. Bize delüx odadaki küveti kullanamayacağımızı söyledi. Küvetin giderini gösterdi para verirsek onu vereceğini söyledi. Anlayamadık. Eşim duş alabilecek miyiz diye sordu. Evet duş alabilirsiniz ama küveti dolduramazsınız dedi. Hayatımızda böylesine garip bir konuşma yaşamadık. Çıkışımızdan bir gün önce çıkmamız ertesi gün çıkmamız gerektiğini hatırlattı. Bir akşam dışarıdan geldik neden geziyorsunuz ki hiç anlamıyorum dedi. İnsanlar gezmezse müşterisi olmayacak farkında değil. Böyle biri bu oteli işletmemeli. Birçok seyahatimde birçok otelde kaldım. Ama böylesini görmedim. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Misafirlere olan tavrı profesyonel değildi.
