"The apartment is a 7-8 minute walk to the Duomo. Close enough but doesn't get noisy at nights. There are small stores nearby. The two-room apartment is nicer than the online photos show. There is air conditioning in both rooms, and it works; even without it, the apartment is cool enough. Antonella and her husband are very welcoming, and very responsive to questions by text messages. "Notre séjour a été parfait, l'appartement arrangé avec goût est propre et moderne, l'équipement est complet, le jardin fort agréable pour se détendre. "The Hotel Duomo is lovely. Just the right size and comfort level. And the location must be the best in the city! The cathedral is right outside the entrance - and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance. It was also close to the Violin Museum which was the reason for our visit. The breakfast offerings were generous and delicious. We would stay again. "

Lovely ex-monastery

"Having stayed here before, we knew what to expect. It is a delightful ex-monastery which has been converted into a hotel. They have kept the ambiance with a variety of unusual exhibits in eachcommunal area outside a set of rooms which are converted monks cells - each with an excellent en-suite. Both the dinner and breakfast are varied and well prepared including local produce. Once again we felt the cost of our stay was excellent value. "
