Shower had an odd arrangement where, when turning it off, it was very easy to switch from the hand-held head to the rainfall head, and thus receive a surprise stream of cold water at the end of your shower. "We had a lovely stay over Christmas. We opted for the basic room without a window and although the room was quite small there was plenty of room for our needs. The hotel has a buffet continental breakfast with lots of great fresh pasties, we absolutely loved their homemade yogurt with honey and granola. The hotel is very walkable to all the sights and the staff were warm and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again. "
