Everything is new! This beautiful, spacious villa is pristinely clean! It's been updated with very high-quality furnishings, 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and 1 queen. It also includes a large kitchen with new appliances, 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful and cozy screened-in patio overlooking the private fenced yard with woodburning fire pit and canal. Enjoy biking to the beach, beach chairs with umbrellas, and a selection of canoes-kayaks to explore the Great Calusa Blueway Water paddle ways! If you enjoy outdoor cooking then test your skills on a new Weber Summit top-of-the-line BBQ grill and Blackstone Flat Top!

Top place I have Stayed! Host has everything for you in in this comfortable home.
Property is very nice. Plug-ins everywhere for all of your devices. Garage is a great asset given the frequent summer rains in Southwest Florida. Beach bikes, boat slips, canal to river and bay -this place has it all. It accommodates a number of people COMFORTABLY. Which is often not the case. Nice balcony with gliders. Guest must be able to climb up stairs, if that is a concern.

The home was as advertised. Spacious, nice layout, comfortable furnishings. Friendly neighbors. Close to the beach and walking distance to bars and restaurants. An enjoyable two weeks.
