Location, location, location! Villa Valentine is a the best place to enjoy beaches, restaurants, shopping and the floridian lifestyle. Built in 2019 und newly furnished it looks like a model with a homey flair. The equipment corresponds to the high standard of the demanding owners. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, up to six people can enjoy a wonderful sunny Florida vacation here. The western exposure guarantees fantastic sunsets and of course a wonderful holiday tan, which you will get at the huge pool. If you want to retreat from the sun, you can still lounge or dine outdoors under the canopy. Enjoy the heated saltwater pool.

Month long winter getaway
Had a great stay. House and pool were as advertised. Manager was responsive to needs during our stay. Enjoyed great food at area restaurants. Had fantastic weather.

Super schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Lage und alles war so wie angegeben. Wir konnten die Fahrräder nutzen um zum Strand zu fahren und der Pool war auch super. Strandhandtücher waren auch genug vorhanden Toilettenpapier war hingegen leider nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Das Licht des Pools hat einen Wackelkontakt was aber nicht wirklich schlimm war da dies nur einmal auftrat. Der Grill müsste mal überprüft werden dar der elektrostarter anscheinend nichtmehr richtig funktioniert und es waren sehr viele Schalter in dem Haus was teilweise ein wenig verwirrend war. Alles in allem war es aber ein super Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus und wir würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen.

Very nice house
We did not have any contact with either owner or property manager while we were here so could not rate that…even though had to put one star. We informed the property manager that the kitchen sink was clogged but nobody came to fix this while we stayed here. No check in or check out process either but had to rate it anyway… Property is well maintained: the pool boy comes every week and the lawn is mowed regularly. No damage due to hurricane Ian ! The house is very nice, comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood which is relaxing. Pool is great though water was a bit chilly. Many nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back !

Villa Valentine
My wife and I stayed at this villa for 2.5 weeks and loved it. This neighborhood in Bonita springs was perfect for accessing the beach and restaurants and other parts of SW Florida. It was always a pleasure to come back to the pool and relax after a day of sight seeing. I highly recommend this home.

Well kept and managed. All of our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Loved the extra beach towels and chairs for the drive to Barefoot beach. The heated saltwater pool was fantastic. 10 minute bike ride to the beach for sunset at "Doc's".
