Lakefront retreat house

This is a unique place sitting by lake. 1404 sqft. Newly remodeled. Private double docks and beautiful garden. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Baby cannoy crib provided.
This area is zoned as a resort around the Lake Tapps. Seattle Hot Air balloons company sends their hot air balloons over the lake very often. Seems like here is one of their appointed spots. Sitting on my dock, you can see both of Mountain Rainier several hot air balloons. Lots of water gears are busy in the lake. My place is characterized by many fun features. I hope it turns to a wonderland.

Helen was absolutely wonderful—so caring and attentive, ensuring that every detail was just right. The property itself was immaculate, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. Loved our stay at Helen's lake place. Beautifully done space with many amenities and right on the lake. Helen, the owner and Curly her dog, could not be any sweeter. Very nice stay for our family to get together over a long weekend with lots to do.

Our family of four + dog had a great time at Helen’s place. The weather was picture perfect for playing and on the water. We took daily family paddle board trips, played board games under the pavilion, played partner billiards inside, and went to bed exhausted and happy! The Hansons

The house was absolutely wonderful and Helen was so accommodating to us. We had a couple issues (ours not hers) that she was able to resolve quickly. The house was exactly what we needed for our stay. Only thing we wish we would’ve known about was the owners dogs having full access to the yard in front of our house (gate between yards doesn’t latch shut). Our dog is friendly to people, but doesn’t do well with other dogs, so we had to ensure that the other dogs were nowhere near since there was no way to keep them separated, which resulted in our dog not being able to explore outside as much as we would’ve liked. All in all the stay was wonderful, but wanted to make sure others were aware of the other dogs being around in case you have a people-dog like us.
