"Had a lovely Bayview room. Was on 4th floor. Sounded like someone had a wrestling studio or gym above me. Even at 1am. Lots of heavy thuds on the floor. The apartment is very spacious. There are about 14 stairs when you enter. The view is fantastic. Laundry was very clean. Staff were excellent. A few things need fixing in the room including a very leaky iron and dirty cushion covers. The bed was very good. "

"Staff on reception were super friendly and helpful. What was striking on our walk to our room, was that there were dead & dying bugs everywhere! So, so many bugs (& sadly a lot looked they were beneficial for the area, rare looking large moths, praying mantis etc) - maybe they had just sprayed? But to see so many was off-putting. The parking was not assigned, but there was ample parking to choose from close to the elevator. The room was... odd. The front "screen" door opened to an awkward space...

"We had two rooms, one standard and the other a one bedroom flat. Both rooms are a bit run down and need work - rusty shower frame, missing tiles, broken loo roll fitting. However the rooms had everything one could wish for - lots of towels, fully equipped kitchen and even a washer and dryer. The location is excellent being central with access to shops and coffee shops at the lift door. The arrival/departure instructions were a bit scary but it was really very simple. We had a great two days."

"Great position near a park and a few minutes walk to shops and marina. Each room has a small balcony off a sliding door. All usual motel room features. While were there reception wasn't open. We received an advanced text with room code. Daily room service provided. Just be aware the driveway to the carpark under the rooms is quite steep so take it very slowly if you drive a car. SUV type vehicle would be OK."

"Was trying to access Netflix on tv The 2 young girls at reception were totally helpful From instructions had to login to my google account and then access Netflix If hadn’t been told what to do wouldn’t be able to access through “streaming” instructions and wifi Have stayed in other places and they have given me a google streamer to access But the girls so helpful In every way not just that Room was very clean and tidy All in all great 👍"

"Overnight Saturday stay. Pub hotel accommodation is what it is. Bed linen fresh and clean. Rooms not air conditioned (missed that on the info). Bathroom facilities good. Staff very friendly and Saturday pub meal was adequate. If staying Saturday night be aware live band until 11:30pm. All in all a good stay and lovely location (Stroud) to wake up in. "
