"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. Since i booked through Expedia and there was no way of contacting the company, i had to call Expedia when i was overseas to get help for this. To save all of you...

"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

Must’ve made even McDonald’s is pricey for food in Switzerland. "Would highly recommend staying here! The staff were lovely upon check in, they allowed us to check in early and allowed us to leave our bags with them when we checked out! The room had everything we needed and the location was excellent, a one minute walk from the station! I was very impressed with the breakfast, bacon and eggs, what more do you want? Would highly recommend staying here, the staff were so lovely they deserve a shout out as well!"
