I stayed here before they have welcome drinks but this time no more even cold water since its so hot outside. Also the hotel is no longer on its good condition. I think the level of service and hotel condition has downgraded. But the staff still its gem and they are so attentive and hospitable!

極差的住宿體驗
住過最爛的一家飯店 入住一進房間就有股很臭的下水道味道 服務櫃檯人員很不專業也不友善 第二天一早吃的早餐，超級無敵難吃，從來沒有碰過飯店的早餐這麼難吃，連咖啡都沒能喝，接下來的三天我們就再也沒有去吃過他的早餐 整個餐廳像雜亂髒亂的夜市，桌上鋪滿了沒有收拾的餐盤，房客都找不到位子，接待人員一如往常只臭臉站在那，讓房客自尋出路 然後晚上小孩在飯店門口的洗腳區洗腳，碰到一個菲律賓房客性騷擾，但飯店完全沒有出面處理，也沒有問那個房客是哪間房 我們要求他們看錄影帶，他們說會，但到我們退房前，他們都沒有主動告知處理狀況 訂了飯店的送機服務，櫃台跟我確認時間後，隔一天又打上來說時間不對，害我要取消原本安排好的活動 退房時說有二條毛巾弄到Tatoo顏色（小朋友已經好幾天的Tatoo，還是住上間飯店時就用了…我們還有自帶毛巾，根本沒有用飯店的，他們的毛巾本來就不乾淨… ）要我付500清潔費，我已經懶得再跟這飯店計較，立馬給他們 整個送機服務也是很糟，跟接機的另一家飯店比，從飯店到搭船到機場都差太多了… 總之，非常差的一間飯店 我只是為了有二廳二衛二房的房型選這間，沒想到，令人非常後悔…

The rooms were large and nice and modern. I had a 2 bedroom apartment. The price was very reasonable to share with a friend. My only complaint is that the WiFi didn’t work in the bedrooms. If I ever return to Boracay I will more than likely stay there

Go here if you enjoy bad hotels
At first impression, I found that the hotel was nice. However, upon checkin, I indicated that there will be an additional person - my boyfriend - staying in the room. The front desk staff informed me that an extra charge would be required if he were to stay; otherwise, he would be required to leave his ID with the front desk and must leave by 10PM. In my many years of staying at hotels and resorts, I have never heard of such a policy. When I refused and continued to my room, the staff followed me to my room and continued knocking until I opened the door. Thereafter, every time we walked through the lobby, they would make both of us feel incredibly uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast that is included was a complete free for all and lacked organization. The other guests were extremely rude, didn’t pay attention to lines, and consistently pushed many others. After three days here, I had to leave and went to a different hotel.

外觀不錯 內部還好
飯店的外觀是不錯的，但房內的打掃很隨便，毛巾等物品都是較陳舊的，小廚房的物品也不齊全，鍋子需另外要，連熱水都很難煮開，更別想要煮食了。晚上頂樓泳池辦Party, 非常喧鬧，房間內完全都聽的很清楚，無法休息。早餐不好，空間也很小，吵的不得了。

주변이나 서비스, 조식 다 만족!! 헌데 청결도는 꽝..들어가서 냉장고열어보니 전날 손님이 먹던 아이스크림이 녹아서 바닥으로 줄줄 흘러 끈적. 방안 안내받는동안 바퀴벌레 두마리..직원분 아무렇지도않게 손으로 잡고@@ 묵는동안 6마리 신발로 잡음..직원분 호출해도 살충제 뿌리고 끝..바퀴벌레때문에 불켜고잤어요 끄면 나올까봐..ㅜㅜ 내돈내고 왜 이렇게 자야하는지..4일동안 하루에 3시간씩 잠..신경씌여서.. Satisfied all the surrounding environment, breakfast, and services But there's a cockroach. We've got eight in four days. I couldn't sleep because I was so nervous.
