Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. "Perfect for the start of our holiday. Large apartment with everything needed to prepare own meals (we didn’t as eating out is very inexpensive) and close to a large supermarket. "Villa Ad Astra is set in beautiful gardens overlooking the beach and is the perfect place to relax and be well cared for by Nilanga the site manager who was also our careful driver and Deepika and her team who cooked the most wonderful meals, so much so we didn’t want to go out and try the local restaurants.We would highly recommend a stay here."

"Property was clean in general, but needs to be maintained. Cupboard was broken, furniture was stained, pool area needs some love too, not inviting at all. Breakfast was generally ok when it arrived on time. Communication online was good but face to face was difficult and we speak the language. "We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay.
