We were charged for a "smoking fee" when we don't smoke AND was in a massage appt at the time of the "incident". When I asked about it, I was told it happens ALL the time and I'd have to dispute it with my CC co. THEN they charged me for it AGAIN!!!

We stayed in an ocean view villa and it was amazing. Easy access to the beach, which has lounge chairs and umbrellas. The property is beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. We’ll be back!

The location is great but the room was outdated, moldy bathroom, extra towels were an additional charge, unwelcoming staff. Cannot recommend this one. Pool is still under renovation for 2+ years.

The rooms were great. However, finding the hotel is tricky because it’s actually attached to the ESJ Towers. Also, the parking is in a basement garage which was a little difficult and dark.
