This us my third time staying here and always loved it but this is the first time that we encountered some not so friendly staff. Came for a special celebration, was never asked if there was any special reason we were there.
Room was dusty and second night ran out of toilet paper and cleaning services did not put in a new roll. Slightly disappointed with this stay, will probably look for a new place to start 😏

The property, staff, food, and restaurant options were great. We had a fantastic time.
The big gripe has nothing to do with the hotel at all. I want to make that clear.
The experience at the airport to leave is awful and so bad it is a deterrent to come back to an otherwise beautiful and relaxing island!

The rooms in the Towers had a terrible smell (dampness).
The general manager (Pearl) was fantastic to deal with and she promptly addressed our concerns.
The staff led by Sean (restaurant manager), Simone, Gio, and Ronald were awesome.
