"We stayed here over the August Bank Holiday (4 adults) and had a lovely time. The cottage was conveniently located in a side street in the centre of Windermere with plenty of free parking nearby. "There was a damp smell upon arrival. When we looked around we could see there had been a leak from the bathroom staining the ceilings and carpets. The bathroom door did not lock and there property was generally in a poor state of repair. Marks on every wall and paint peeling from the window sills. "Property was in an ideal location for us. Parking wasn’t ever an issue for us as long as you accept there may be a small walk involved. Cottage was lovely but could maybe do with a deeper clean and some TLC in places….bathroom door, downstairs toilet seat for example."

"The location is great. The road is a tad noisy when outside but cannot hear it inside the cottage. The cottage has all essentials for 2 people. The bathroom can be quite akward even for a slim person. The shelf in the bathroom needs fixing and the doors of the shower don't close properly."

"This is a great apartment - it has a great location within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Keswick super handy access to Booths Supermarket and great views to the North looking at Skidaw and its approaches. Inside it is comfortable and has everything that you need for your stay - all kitchen and laundry is as expected and bed linen plus bath and hand towels were provided for each guest. Will absolutely stay again."
